Repairs

How long do repairs take?

Repair times vary depending on the device, the issue, and parts availability. We do not provide time estimates or guarantees. You can track your repair status anytime using our online repair tracker.

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

Yes. All repairs include a warranty covering the work performed and parts used. Warranty length varies by repair type. Ask your technician for specific warranty details at the time of service.

What brands and devices do you service?

We service all major brands including Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple, ASUS, Acer, Microsoft, Samsung, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, and more. If it has a circuit board, we can probably fix it.

Is there a diagnostic fee?

We offer free initial evaluations for most devices. If advanced diagnostics are needed (e.g., board-level troubleshooting), we'll quote the diagnostic fee upfront. The fee is waived if you proceed with the repair.

Do you do board-level and micro-soldering repairs?

Yes. We specialize in component-level board repair including IC replacement, trace repair, and connector replacement. This is our specialty - when other shops say it can't be fixed, bring it to us.

Service Options

Do you offer mail-in repair service?

Yes. We serve customers nationwide via mail-in. Get an estimate online, then ship your device to us with a prepaid label. We repair it and ship it back. Visit our mail-in page for details.

How does the repair queue work?

You can pre-register online to reserve your spot in our walk-in queue. When you arrive, your intake is faster because your information is already in the system. First in, first out.

How do I track my repair status?

Use our online repair tracker. Enter your ticket number or reference code to see real-time status updates on your service.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and contactless payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Business clients can request invoicing with net terms.
