Repair Services Terms
Authorization
By submitting a device for repair, you authorize us to perform diagnostic testing and the agreed-upon repairs. You represent that you are the owner of the device or have authorization from the owner.
Estimates and Pricing
Repair estimates are provided after initial diagnosis. Final pricing may vary based on additional issues discovered during repair. We will contact you for approval before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original estimate.
Warranty
Repairs are covered by a limited warranty as specified at the time of service. Warranty coverage applies only to the specific repair performed and does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unrelated issues.
Data Responsibility
We strongly recommend backing up all data before submitting your device for repair. While we take precautions to protect your data, we are not responsible for data loss that may occur during the repair process. Data recovery is a separate service with its own terms.
Abandoned Devices
Devices not picked up within 90 days of repair completion or notification will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of abandoned devices to recover repair costs and storage fees.
Business Services Terms
Business IT services, VoIP, and managed services are provided under separate service agreements. Contact us for specific terms applicable to business services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
