Important Shipping Information
Packaging Requirements
  • You are responsible for packaging your device. We do not provide packaging materials.
  • Use a sturdy box with adequate padding (bubble wrap, foam, packing peanuts).
  • Remove all accessories (cables, controllers, etc.) unless they are part of the repair.
  • Devices damaged due to inadequate packaging are not covered.
Third-Party Carrier Disclaimer
  • We use third-party shipping carriers (USPS, Uber Direct, Roadie, etc.).
  • We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage caused by the carrier during transit.
  • Carrier insurance coverage varies. Some carriers may offer insurance; others may not.
  • If you require additional insurance, please purchase it directly from the carrier.
  • We recommend shipping high-value items with a carrier that offers tracking and insurance.
Shipping Label Information
  • You will receive shipping instructions via email based on your selected carrier.
  • You are responsible for printing your own shipping label (if applicable).
  • For same-day courier services (Uber, Roadie), the driver will pick up directly from your location.
  • For USPS/mail services, you will need to drop off the package or schedule a pickup.
Repair Terms
  • A diagnostic fee may apply if you decline the repair after diagnosis.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable once the shipment is initiated.
  • Unclaimed devices after 30 days may be subject to storage fees or disposal.
  • We are not responsible for data loss. Please backup your data before shipping.
